[Update] Sega Genesis Flashback is not being well received

Ass processing [Disclaimer:I have to apologise. This piece was originally written to be a little too inflammatory, and was not well thought out. I have no direct experience with this device but wanted to comment on clone consoles in general, having experience with plenty of prior AtGames products. It has been panned at several gaming outlets includingIGN,GameSpot, andCnet, which is generally concerning; major outlets are typically the ones giving these a fair pass due to general unfamiliarity with the original hardware, with retro focused reviewers and YouTubers typically doing a better job highlighting the inconsistencies in these products....

In a striking development, Ubisoft has revealed that the humble Steam Deckshouldbe able to runAssassin’s Creed Shadowsbasically from the get-go. This information comes fromUbisoft’s officialAssassin’s CreedTwitter account, where the publisher claimed that it would support Valve’s acclaimed gaming handheld with the caveat that the official classification of the game’s performance wasstill pending....

Bayonetta voice actor hints they might be hanging up the heels

Say it ain’t so! Beating Elden Ring’s Godskin Duo with just fists is as crazy as it sounds

GinoMachino managed to do it, though The Godskin Duo can be a huge barrier for first-timeElden Ringplayers, but months after launch,GinoMachino(as spotted by Gamerant) managed to beat them with their bare fists. Described as a grueling “5.5 hour fight,” they do wield a shield to parry (and use abilities), but damage is being done by way of raw punches. The fortitude required to pull off a run like this is frankly insane, as they rarely lose their cool during the run....

Biomutant’s Gamescom trailer looks…okay?

Your kung fu is weak Theinitial leakofBiomutantfrom last week had me a bit excited. While I’m not exactly big on anthropomorphic lead characters, I do love martial arts and kung fu films, so a nice open-world with those properties could have made for an intriguing setting. Sadly, this extended trailer from Gamescom doesn’t show off the game in the best light. I suppose this could be down to the game still being in development (and thus an early build), but this really doesn’t evoke any kind of kung fu style that I was envisioning....
