Remember thatlittle disagreement Activision and Electronic Artshad over the transition of former Infinity Ward honchos Jason West and Vince Zampella and potential contract-interference? Activision claimed that Electronic Arts contributed to the insubordinate conduct which ended with West and Zampella breaching their contracts. Electronic Arts said otherwise. And we watched in fascination as they publicly beat on each other because those are the kind of jackals we are.

It seems that at least one judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court thinks Activision has a case here. In court yesterday, motions for summary dismissal of the case from Electronic Arts, Zampella and West were denied. There is currently a trial date set for May 7th, 2012 where a jury will hear the arguments.
