Warehouse is the ideal intro to Vicarious Visions’ remaster

Activision slapped a release date on the Warehouse demo for theTony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2remaster. If you pre-order the game digitally on PS4, Xbox One, or PC (Epic Games Store), you’ll get access to the demo on July 26, 2025, just a few weeks beforeTHPS‘s September 4 launch.

This is going to sound ridiculous – hear me out! – but I’m almost more excited for the Warehouse demo (assuming it’s the full stage) than I am the rest of theTony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2package. The vibe runs deep. I miss the days when I’d gohardon a demo because, well, that’s just what we did back then.

Will it be as fun as we remember? Will it bebetter? I’m sticking to my modest expectations.

In a blog post, Activision also revealedeight new skatersthat will join the original, aged-up cast ofTHPS 1and2: Lizzie Armanto, Leo Baker, Leticia Bufoni, Riley Hawk, Nyjah Huston, Tyshawn Jones, Aori Nishimura, and Shane O’Neill. Naturally, the newcomers have “their own signature tricks to represent their strengths and accomplishments they have earned so far in their young careers.”

I love this endless summer of demos, even if this one is tied to pre-orders.
