They’ll be rolling out soon
In the near future, Blizzard will be rolling out a new item that allows players to purchase 30 days of game time. What’s so special about that? Well, you can either purchase it for real-world dollars orin-gameon the Auction House (no bidding allowed though).
Blizzard has noted that it will cost roughly $20, but you can put it up for sale in a new “Game Time” tab in the Auction House. Normal exchanges will be realm-based as normal, but Token exchanges will be region-wide.
To get the ball rolling, Blizzard will set the market price based on in-game economies. After that, the Token will be dictated by the player market. Even though a few other games have a similar idea it’s an interesting concept — can’t wait to see how it plays out.
