Indeed, the trailer above for the upcoming open-world survival game feels like it’s trying to emulate the boisterous performance and sharp cartoon artwork of The Behemoth. It walks the line between entertaining and grating, but it doesn’t ever fully cross over to the dark side. And hey, it’s informative at least.

Really,Crashlandssounds like it wants to do a lot of things right. It is streamlining inventory management and base building. The combat is deeper than a simple clickfest. I can dig it.Crashlandsis expected to release later this year on Android, iOS, Mac, and Windows, with cross-platform saving.
