I have played an ungodly amount ofCivilization IV, yet not once did I ever become curious enough to try out any of the mods for the soul-devouring strategy game.Fall from Heavenis one such mod I totally didn’t play, and word on the street is that the next installment in the serieswill be a standalone affair.
Watching videos of this for the first time while I type — I’m not normally this dickish,I swear— I get the impression that the mod could greatly appeal to an audience of fantasy-lovin’ players who aren’t necessarily intoCiv IV. If that’s the case, the decision to do a spinoff of sorts is a wise one. Who here hasplayed it?
