Counter-Strike 2‘s AUG is, simply put, not the most popular weapon in the game. Available exclusively on the CT side, this scoped weapon will set you back $3300 of in-game cash to purchase, making it more expensive than the more powerfulM4A1-SorM4A4.
Despite not being used often on the server, the AUG still has a bunch of great skins that you can buy on the Steam Marketplace or open via cases. There are 38 in total to rank – let’s get into it.

Counter-Strike 2 AUG Skins Tier List
Our criteria for rankingCounter-Strike 2AUG skins is easy. We’re basing it purely on looks, because you shouldn’t be spending your hard-earned money on an expensive AUG skin you don’t like. Aesthetics will always be the deal-breaker when buying aCS2skin, although it’s probably the most subjective factor of all.
While the cost isn’t coming into the equation to rank these skins, we’ve still included a base price for each one. The price ofCS2items on the Steam Marketplace is constantly changing, so we’ve looked at the recent transactions for each of the AUG skins and approximated a price that we think you should be able to pick them up for. It may not be the deciding factor for you, but it’s good to know which ones are in your price range before you actually go looking for them.

B Tier
C Tier
It’s important to note that all the prices shown above reflect the Factory New prices of each skin. If you’re not fussed about your guns looking a little weathered and worn, you can instead choose a lower wear rating version of a skin to lower the price.
Each one is available in Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with each tier bringing down the cost of the skins a little more. Nothing proves this better than the most expensive skin on this list, the AUG Akihabara Accept. Although you’re able to expect to spend upwards of $3700 in Factory New, its Battle-Scarred version can be found for approximately $300 on Steam.
