Kind of a May retread
On Xbox One,The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsingmakes its Xbox debut as a gratis offering from December 1 through December 31. Later in the month, 2014’sThief(which was free on Xbox 360 back in May) joins in from December 16 through January 15.
Over on the Xbox 360 side of things,CastleStormis free from December 1 until December 15. If the name sounds familiar, the Definitive Edition of the game was part ofMay’s Xbox One Games with Gold. The ill-receivedSacred 3closes the month from December 16 through December 31. There’s a bonus game, though asOperation Flashpoint: Dragon Risingis also free for the latter half of December.
Maybe this is Xbox’s way of telling you that you should spend the holidays with loved ones, not plopped down in front of a TV playingSacred 3.
