Electronic Arts has confirmed that a newDead Spaceis in the works, followingmonths of rumorsconcerningDead Space 3. The publisher toldGame Informerthat it will have more details during E3. All we know for sure is that we’ll see it some time over the next year, between now and March 31 or 2013.
There are manyrumored detailsconcerningDead Space 3. Speculation suggests it will be set on an ice planet called Tau Volantis, with Isaac undertaking a rescue mission while on the run from authorities. A new character,Shadow Isaac, will act as the protagonist’s mocking split personality. Y’know, because he’s crazy.
In any case,Dead Spaceis easily among my top franchises of recent years, so I can’t wait to find out more.
