Genshin Impactversion 5.8 is coming to mobiles, PC, and consoles at the end of July, and plenty of new content has been showcased on the recent livestream.
TitledSunspray Summer Resort, the upcoming update will be highlighted by a new map, where we will get to complete different quests. Genshin Impact 5.8 release countdown
Genshin Impactversion 5.8 goes live on Wednesday, July 30. miHoYo is sticking closely to the usual routine with the upcoming launch. As the update will be released simultaneously, the launch times will vary based on your local region. To keep track, you can use the following countdown, which will expire once the update is live.
Genshin Impact 5.8 banners
Version 5.8 will feature one new 5-star character, and we will also have reruns for three other 5-star choices.
Phase 1 will begin with an exclusive banner for Ineffa, who is the new 5-star. She will be joined by Citlali as part of her Starry Night’s Whispers Banner. Both banners go live on Wednesday, July 30, and will be available until Wednesday, August 20.
Phase 2 will have the returning banners featuring Mualani and Chasca. Both banners will be going live on Wednesday, August 20, and remain available until Wednesday, September 10. All four banners will have 4-star characters as focus, but they’re yet to be confirmed.
Phase 1 will also feature Fractured Halo (Ineffa’s signature) weapon as a special banner. This will be followed by the following weapon banners.
Five major events will be part of the new update.
Sunspray Summer Resort
This holiday event will take place at the Easybreeze Holiday Resort, where we will meet up once again with Bennett. The Sunspray Summer Resort permanent story will be the main addition, but you can also complete various mini-games.
Tracing Vanishing Trails
You’ll be teaming up with Yelan to investigate certain fishy actions. Uncover invisible traces with the help of a special device to win Primogems and other resources.
Mementos of Tevyat: Prelude of The Frozen Veil
Use Paimon’s camera to trace your journey across Teyvat to secure amazing rewards, including Primogems.
Complete different performance objectives to earn Primogems.
Ley Line Overflow
Use Original Resin for Blossoms of Wealth/Blossoms of Revelation to get more Mora and Character EXP items.
