Genshin Impactfinally revealed Ifa’s first look during the version 5.5 livestream. He has been mentioned multiple times in the game, so many have been waiting to meet him.

Luckily, Travelers won’t have to wait long since Ifa will make his first in-game appearance during the flagship event in the upcoming update.

TheGenshin Impact 5.5 livestreamhas officially revealed Ifa’s in-game appearance. Similar to his cartoonish artwork in front of his house and silhouette, he wears a hat and has a small Saurian companion named Cacucu.

Ifa has a tall male character model with white hair and a scar on his left eye and left arm. In addition, he has a black zig-zag line and dots tattooed around his neck. As for Ifa’s clothing choice, he wears a white jacket over a black shirt and trousers. He also has something on his left chest, likely his identification badge.

Meanwhile, Ifa’s Saurian companion, Cacucu, is small, round, and pink. Interestingly, it also has an identity tag tied to its body and can be seen wearing an eye patch with a red circle and a cross mark covering its left eye. It is unknown if this is because Cacucu is trying to copy Ifa or if it is a real injury.

Ifa’s element and expected release version

Genshin Impact’s Japanese livestream confirmed that Ifa is anAnemo characterand can be seen wearing his vision on his back. This will also make him the first tall male Anemo character in the game. Ifa’s weapon of choice and rarity are still unconfirmed, so you will have to wait until he’s officially announced as playable.

Speaking of his availability, we can expect Ifa to be released at least before version 6.0 since the developers shared silhouettes of several characters during the version 5.3 livestream. Therefore, he will likely debut in either version 5.6, 5.7, or 5.8.
