It’s a lot less fun if you just watch the lowlights
Everyone has their opinion of how Sony’sPlayStation 4 eventwent, but if there’s one thing we can all agree, on, it was that there was more than the average amount of market-speak involved.
Like most flowery presentations, you’ll hear “ecosystem” and “synergy,” an awful lot, along with a little extra helping of that Fils-Aime hyperbole. Cheesy executive jokes? In a hardware event? Oh, they went there.
For me, the absolute lowlights were the buzz-killing “I got tear gased” speech (1:14),“old man physics,”and the creepy as hellWatch Dogsguy (0:18). Personally, I don’t think it gets any better than “borderline insane”DriveClubguy (1:02), who I wouldabsolutelywant to spend a day with just to feed off of his enthusiasm.
