Fourth Age spelunking
Last yearwe got word thatThe Lord of the Rings: Return to Moriawas in the works, andwill deal with events taking place in the Fourth Age of theLord of the Ringstimeline(beyond the events of the core books). That’s a pretty big deal, as that era of the franchise is rarely touched upon, even by Tolkien himself.
Well, we got another look at it today thanks to Summer Game Fest 2023, where it got a quick trailer segment. Even afterthatbit of footage, I still don’t really have any idea of whether or not this will be good. Hey, even if it’s not up to snuff, it’ll be really hard to topGollumwas the “worstLord of the Ringsgame” this year. That’s something to look forward to!
