I reviewedDredgewhen itlaunched back in March. I wasn’t too impressed. I summed it up by saying, “It’s hardly condemning to say, ‘this fishing game is about fishing.’ I’m mostly trying to stress that, ‘No, this isreallyabout fishing.’” Because, like, it looks like a horror game – and it is – but it’s less unraveling a mystery and more selling the catch of the day. I felt that the fishing got a bit repetitive over time, and everything around it was a bit shallow.
I’m not really certain ifThe Pale Reachexpansion is going to do anything to fix that, but a lot of people enjoyedDredgefor what it was, so that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
