The basic task is tofind and use a balloonand equip it from the inventory. The trick is to equip five balloons at the same time. You’ll have to add them to your inventory first. Then, equip them (can be equipped separately) to complete the achievement.

How to get balloons in PEAK?
Finding balloons inPEAKis relatively easy, but it will take you time to find all five for the badge. They’re not found in the open. Instead, you’ll have to scour through the luggage boxes. If you’re lucky, you could find your first balloon at the crash site.
They can be present as a solitary piece or in a bunch. However, don’t expect to find all five of them together in one spot. If you keep looking in all the luggage you can, you should eventually be able to find the required number of balloons.
Aside from completing the badge, balloons can save you from accidental fall damage when they’re equipped. Having just a few balloons won’t save you from all fall damage, but the more you have, the less damage you’ll take from a tumble. Once equipped, they will pop up above your character’s head.
