How to get Hollow Essence inType Soul
To obtain Hollow Essence you need to defeat the challenging Bawabawa worm boss. The Bawabawa boss spawns in Hueco Munca, specifically in the back corner next to the black body of water. The Bawabawa boss is on a 1.5-hour spawn timer starting at midnight in-game time. Look at the in-game clock to know when Bawabawa will spawn next. Here are the Bawabawa spawn times:
The Bawabawa boss is a challenging encounter, and we recommend bringing some friends if you aren’t familiar with how to fight him. The colossal worm quickly slithers around the area dealing massive damage to anyone in close range. Here are some tips for taking down the Bawabawa boss:
Defeating the Bawabawa boss will cause it to drop some of the items from his loot pool. One such item is the Hollow Essence.
What does Hollow Essence do inType Soul?
When used, Hollow Essence inType Soulallows the player to reset their Partial Res, and therefore reallocate it, or Full Res as a Hollow. This is the only way to convert your character to a Hollow if you did not pick it when creating your character.
