US still unconfirmed
While theKingdom Hearts: VR Experienceactually released in Japan onits scheduled date, the rest of the world has had to wait for their chance to jump into Sora’s shoes. Taking players on a short journey with the gummi ship to the Destiny Islands, this little nostalgia trip is finally making the trek West. Square Enix has announced that the free app will be launching in Europe on June 17, 2025.
So far, the app is still unconfirmed for the US. I would imagine it’s coming on the same date, but Square Enix hasn’t said anything else on the matter. Considering that an English localization now exists, I don’t anticipate that US players will need to wait much longer for the experience.
