In its continuing effort to dominate every platform imaginable, Activision and Glu Mobile have announced that it will be bringing a bunch of the mega-publisher’s IPs to mobile phones this year.

Q3 2009 will see the release ofCrash Mutant Island(yes, as in the Bandicoot), and in Q4 2009 we can expect mobile versions ofBlur,Guitar Hero 5,Tony Hawk: RIDE, andModern Warfare 2. Interestingly, of all the mobile platforms mentioned, iPhone isnotone of them; the titles are set to appear on carriers and application stores that support Android, Blackberry, BREW, J2ME, and Windows Mobile.
