It was a blast waiting forWorld, to see how Capcom brought the series into the current generation.ButRisefeels different. It feels like an evolution in some ways, especially with the varied terrain and the addition of the Palamute dog companion; but it’s also the simplicity of it being on one platform (which makes it super easy to team up with people, since everyone is on the same page)....

Arecent studyhas been filtering through the Blogocube which suggests that violent games dramatically affect the heart rate and sleep patterns of children. The study charges kids — aged between 12 and 15 — with playing a non-violent game and a violent game. They are the studied using science, which provides bounty. Order of Ecclesia trailer may be the best Castlevania trailer ever made

Ignore the first minute. Although cool, the first section of this trailer for upcoming Nintendo DS gameCastlevania: Order of Ecclesiais just random, gothic images flashing over a dramatic score. After about a minute the actual gameplay kicks in … and, man, does it lookgood. While I go through this same emotional cycle with every newCastlevaniahandheld game (I love it, I hate it, I LOVE IT!), this extremely well-produced trailer gives me very high hopes forOrder of Ecclesia....

To take that a step further as a musician, Trent Reznor is one of the most inspiring people in the world to me. It looks likeInverse Phasewould agree, as he’s just released his Kickstarted project that was funded last year (before it was cool),Pretty Eight Machine.
