If you need to adapt to a 7-Star Tera Raid and swap some abilities around, you won’t need to either go to a store and buy the TM yourself and/or you don’t need tocreate it using the TM machine.
Stealth Rock is normally crafted by using 5000 LP, Rockruff Rock x3, and Rolycoly Coal x3: which is a tad more valuable than Baton Pass, which only needs 3000 LP, Eevee Fur x3, and Girafarig Fur x3.
