The Kickstarter campaign goals forShantae: Half-Genie Heroare finally rounding out and at long last, developer WayForward is finished with the game. After all the expansions and neat additions, WayForward has announced one last free DLC pack as a thank you to fans for their support. In the latest update,Shantaeis on a mission to invite all of her friends to a slumber party. The half-genie trades in all of her hair whipping attacks for pillow fighting to casually smack her foes into submission.
If that sounds a little too comfortable for you, then why not give theBlaster Master Zeromode a shot? For some unexplained reason,Shantaecan transform into Sophia III fromBlaster Masterand drive around as a tank with a human head. I won’t even try to make sense of that, because why ruin the fun? This ability is available in the main game and can be acquired from the “Snake Lady” salesman by trading the “Super Revive Dance” back to her.
This update should be live on all platforms right now (that includes Wii U, Vita and 360).
