Heads up to the four people who read Destructoid and own an Xbox 360 who donothave it connected to Xbox Live: Bethesda Softworks have announced thatElder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isleswill finally be getting a retail disc!
The disc (which ships this October) will feature the same content that was available on Xbox Live months ago — 30 hours of new gameplay, including new items, new ingredients, spells, and more. To sweeten the deal, the retail disc will also include all of theKnights of the Ninecontent.

No word yet onShivering Islescontent hitting the PlayStation 3, but hang tight Bethesda’s Pete Hines assures Destructoid that they’re looking into it. Hines also reminded us that Prima will be releasing a new and updatedOblivionguide that will cover all content to date; the guide will span 496 pages.
