Devise a lofty goal for fans to work toward and they’ll come together to create something truly remarkable. This isSkywind, an in-progress mod forThe Elder Scrolls V: Skyrimthat intends to bring the content ofMorrowindinto the new engine, and then some. It’s slightly insane — many of the best community-made works are — but it hasn’t blown up yet. Real progress is being made.
The team behind the mod, now known as The Elder Scrolls Renewal Project, has come out with a second developer diary showing what it’s been up to since thelast major update. As this is a non-commercial mod, the folks working onSkywindare in need of volunteers across multiple disciplines including voice acting, 3D modeling, level design, and texturing.
