It’s only supported on PC and PS4 going forward

As a gentle reminder, as announced roughly a year ago, Square Enix is ending support for the PS3 version ofFinal Fantasy XIVthis week. On June 16, to be exact, when the early access period for the upcoming expansionStormbloodarrives. If you’re set up for an automatic payment system and only own the PS3 edition, they’ll be suspended.

As a bonus you won’t even need to fiddle with a code or convoluted process, as your PS4 license will be upgraded automatically — you just need to upgrade to PS4 hardware (which is easier said than done, price-wise).
