“It will allow you to create your own experiences in the game by making something completely new or editing existing quests and content,” the post said. In the replies, one user asked if the mod editor would be coming to consoles in addition to PC, to which it replied that it’ll only be available for PC.

PC only.

There’s no hint given as to when in 2024 this mod editor will be available, though the series’ account said more news would be shared “next year.”

In any case, fans ofThe Witcher 3: Wild Huntare very excited for the chance to build their own content in the game. As a preview of what we can hope to expect when the mod editor drops, fans took it upon themselves to photoshop Geralt’s horse, Roach, out of the provided image and replace it with a fish and a bug, and the same user posted an image of Geralt shaking hands with Jason, of Friday the 13th fame.
