Do these guys stop firing at any point?
Talk about intense! D’you think the players in this trailer forWarsideever take their finger off the firing button? When I first started watching the trailer above, I initially though this was a 2D platformer/shooter in the vein of eitherShadow Complex,Intrusion 2, or even the recentStriderreboot. Turns outWarsideis an online, team-based game with an RPG system too.
Currently on Greenlightand developed by Russian studio Kraken Games,Warsidehas got co-op action, which is something that’s always going to get my interest. The idea of a 2D online shooter is pretty unique too; I wonder how well you’re going to get a sense of scale or what your entire team is up to. Something likeAwesomenautsworks due to its MOBA-style gameplay and small player count butWarsidelooks pretty different.
Also it has jetpacks which is a big thumbs up from me.
