Earlier this yearGeForce Now accidentally leakeda few unannounced titles, includingTitan Quest 2. Unfortunately, such leaks aren’t always accurate, so I didn’t get too excited.
However, as part of the 2023 THQ Nordic Digital Showcase, we got a first look atTitan Quest 2. The action RPG will be coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Even though we didn’t see any gameplay, the announcement trailer did show off Ancient Greece as we’ve come to appreciate it inTitan Quest.

I can’t wait to explore Ancient Greece again
Titan Questwas a very popular ARPG that came out back in 2006 on PC. Eventually, it was remastered and re-released on PC as well as consoles, and it receivedseveral DLC expansionsthat brought the title back to life. Praised for its build diversity, itemization, and replayability,Titan Questalso served as the framework for the popular ARPGGrim Dawn.
According to THQ Nordic, the sequel will return to the classic mythology-inspired setting ofTitan Quest. The upcoming action RPG is being developed by the creators ofSpellForce 3. Furthermore,Titan Quest 2will feature some of the staples from the original, including a flexible character system, meaningful loot, and challenging combat. Also,TQ2will include online multiplayer just like the originalTitan Quest.

Without getting a look at the gameplay, this is about as excited as I can get. I put hundreds, maybe even thousands of hours intoTitan Questas a teenager. It was clearly a passion project fromDiablo 2fans. Despite how greatD2was, I personally enjoyedTitan Questoverall more.
THQ Nordic didn’t provide any release timeframe yet, but hopefully we’ll get some more details aboutTitan Quest 2soon.
