Titan Quest 2‘s early access nature is perhaps one of the biggest reasons why multiplayer in the game, as of writing, is extremely limited in scope.
If you’re unwilling to take risks with the experimental side, you’ll have to stick with the game’s single-player content. There’s the main campaign and side quests to complete. However, the game offers an experimental multiplayer mode allowing you to play with your friends.

How to play with your friends in Titan Quest 2?
Not only is the current multiplayer version unstable and limited, but you’ll also need to have your friends on the same platform. There is no lobby browser yet, and your platform support (Steam friends) is the only realistic solution.
There are a few extra rules and restrictions to keep in mind, too.

There’s an active feedback collection portal for players to send their complaints and help the developers improve the multiplayer version. Chances are that official support for multiplayer will be implemented soon inTitan Quest 2.
