Creative Assembly has delayed the launch ofTotal War: Warhammerfrom Jun 15, 2025 to July 18, 2025 in order to not “rush it,” according to creative director Mike Simpson. Always a good thing.
“This could be the bestTotal Wargame we’ve ever made,” he said. “It’s an enormous game and we also want to make absolutely sure reviewers have enough time to play it thoroughly before launch.”

The studio has also honed in on the system requirements forWarhammer, including abreakdownof what sort of in-game performance players can expect to achieve with their setup.
PC Minimum Specifications:
[Expected around 15-25 FPS on campaign map and in a 1v1, 20 units vs. 20 units battle, default graphics preset set to “Low”]

PC Recommended Specifications:
[Expected around 45-55 FPS on campaign map and in a 1v1, 20 units vs. 20 units battle, default graphics preset set to “High”]
PC 60fps+ Specifications:

Looks like I’ll fall somewhere in the lower-middle side of things. Keep in mind, these listings are more of a “guide rather than an absolute” and they’re subject to change closer to release.
